As per a UN report, titled A New Circular Vision for Electronics, about 80% of the world's e-waste is still informally recycled, "by hand, [and] in developing countries, exposing workers to hazardous and carcinogenic substances". In order to prevent further damage to human life and the environment as a result of this, Haier India encourages you to register your end-of-life appliances and gadgets with authorised recycling agencies. Our world is our responsibility, not just our privilege.
