I am very disheartened and disappointed to say that I am regretting my decision to buy a refrigerator from this company Haier India
It's been only 16 months Haier India, I have bought a dual door refrigerator and I am facing problems with it. I really don't understand how can it be possible in this short span. We have used other brands also before this but never faced this issue.
Being a new brand Haier India, we thought services and products must be more advanced and reliable but our purchase proved us totally wrong.
I bought it on a very specific purpose that it has the refrigerator and the freezer separate but now it has become a major concern and a headache for me.
Haier India, Its LED has stopped working and blinks like a disco light from past 2 months and now it has stopped cooling. We asked for the technician and they say it has a gas leakage problem. No moving of fridge no voltage problem nothing at all but still the problem came very soon where this kind of problems comes after 4 to 5 years.
I highly do not recommend this product of Haier India company to anyone which are not providing the basic things which could not last even for two years and being a customer we expect that they will run at least for five years so that we can trust the company and the brand name.
