Haier, a better world

Haier India, in partnership with NGO Aarohan, has launched its first-ever Centre for Excellence at Nehru Smarak Inter College in Sakipur, Greater Noida to provide after-school supplemental education to girl students from classes 9th to 12th.
At Haier Center of Excellence here, we are bringing qualified teachers and experts on one single platform so that the students can acquire knowledge and skills in the best manner. One of our core focus areas is to improve digital literacy amongst the enrolled students for which the center uses new-age techniques and smart learning tools along with regular computer classes in a fully equipped computer lab set-up, for effectively enhancing the learning outcomes.
Haier's initiative is aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal no. 4 which ensures inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
At Haier, we believe that for a better world fueled by sustainable development, education and empowerment of the girl child is of the utmost value. We hope to bring about a positive change in that direction with this endeavour.
